If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds:

📦 Our Return Window

You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

📝 How to Start a Return

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

    • A prepaid return shipping label

    • Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package

⚡ Important: Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.

💔 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please email us right away at minnywicks@outlook.com with photos if possible

  • We’ll make it right ASAP! 🌈

🚫 Items We Can't Accept Returns On

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

Want to swap for something else?

  • Simply return the original item.

  • Once accepted, you can place a new separate order for the item you want!

This helps us get your new favorites to you faster! ✨

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

✨ Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
