Hi there! I'm Mindy, the owner and creator behind MinnyWicks! 💖
I started this little shop because I wanted to mix my biggest passions: anime, video games, cozy aesthetics, and handmade crafts.

What began as a small candle business has grown into a shop filled with candles, wax melts, stickers, keychains, phone charms, pins, and other kawaii goodies inspired by the fandoms I love ✨

Everything in the shop is designed, created, packed, and shipped by me from my little studio in Arizona. 🌈 From choosing scents and pouring candles to illustrating stickers and packing orders, every product is made with care and a whole lot of excitement.

My goal has always been simple: create high-quality, affordable products that bring a little happiness to someone's day. Whether you're lighting a candle while gaming, decorating your water bottle with stickers, or adding a new charm to your collection, I hope every package feels like a small gift to yourself.

I believe the little details matter. That's why every candle is vegan, cruelty-free, soy-based, and packaged with extra love and care right here in Arizona.

 

🗓️ A Little MinnyWicks Timeline

2021: Launched MinnyWicks while binging my favorite anime at the time (Fairy Tail) 💖

2022: Added wax melts, mystery boxes, stickers, and new fandom-inspired collections.

2023: Started streaming on Twitch, attended my first conventions, and met so many amazing customers in person 🎮

2024: Expanded the lineup with charms, collaborations, and even more cozy creations 🎀

2025: Opened my Etsy shop, launched crystal candles, joined local markets and conventions across Arizona, and reached customers all over the world. ✨

2026: MinnyWicks products found a home inside Retail Therapy in Downtown Phoenix! Alongside candles and wax melts, the shop now offers stickers, charms, pins, and other kawaii goodies inspired by the fandoms I love.

Today: Every order is still designed, packed, and shipped by me from my Arizona studio, and I'm constantly working on new ideas, collections, and ways to make the shop even more magical ✨

 

🎀 Fun Facts About Me

🕯️ First candle ever made: A Sailor Moon-inspired candle that took countless test batches to capture the perfect blend of pastel pink, sweet cinnamon, and magical girl vibes. 🌙

🎮 Favorite video game: Final Fantasy XII (but Stardew Valley is a very close second!)

📺 All-time fave anime: Fairy Tail

 

🐾 A Little Tribute to Scamp

If you've followed MinnyWicks for a while, you've probably seen mentions of Scamp, my faithful crafting companion and studio supervisor for 17 years. He spent countless hours beside me while I poured candles, packed orders, and dreamed up new creations.

While he's no longer physically by my side, his paw prints are all over this little business, and he'll always be part of the magic behind MinnyWicks. 💖
