When will my order ship?
We hand-pour, pack, and prep your goodies with care! Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days, but we’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your goodies are on their way. 🚚💨
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. 💔 We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and Mexico 🌎✨. All orders are lovingly packed in our cozy studio and sent with tracking so you can follow your package’s journey.

🎁 Can I send a gift?
Absolutely! Just mark your order as a gift at checkout. We’ll skip the prices and you can leave a sweet little note to include in the package! 🎀📦
How do I use my rewards?

What if something arrives damaged or broken?
Oh no~! We want everything to arrive safe. If your order is damaged, please email us at within 7 days of receiving it with a photo and we’ll make it right. 💕📦

Can I request scent samples?
Absolutely! If you’re curious about a fragrance before committing to a full candle or wax melt, you can request up to 5 scent samples at a time. 🌟 You can send us your inquiry using our Scent Sample Request Form below and we’ll help you put together a little sampler pack so you can sniff before you shop. 🕯️💌
🎨 Do you take custom orders?
Yes! While we don’t always have customs open, we are happy to hear your ideas. 💖 You can send us your inquiry using our Custom Request Form below. We’ll review your idea and let you know if it’s something we can bring to life!
Are your candles and melts vegan?
Yes! All of our candles and wax melts are made with 100% soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils. No animal products, no beeswax, just clean, cozy vibes you can feel good about. 🕯️✨
Do you use glitter in your candles?
Nope! Instead of plastic glitter, we use shimmering mica powder for a magical glow. It’s safer, prettier, and eco-friendlier.
What are your jars made of?
Our candle jars are created with more than 50% recycled glass ♻️. Not only are they sturdy and reusable, but they’re also a little kinder to the planet. We always encourage reusing or recycling your jars when your candle is done! So reach out if you'd like the return address. 🌸
